The sleeve cut provides great freedom of movement, allowing for high mobility during combat. The gambeson is based on iconographic representations from the 14th and 15th centuries.

Machine sewing – the entire garment is machine-sewn and quilted. Hand-stitched buttonholes.
Hand sewing – the garment is entirely hand-sewn.
